01How we work

Start with the work.
Build what’s missing.

Start with one real workflow. Connect the systems it touches, make its decisions explicit, and measure the change before expanding.

Discovery

Follow a real case.

Walk through the systems, decisions, handoffs, and exceptions with the people doing the job.

You getA process map, bottleneck baseline, integration assessment, and workflow blueprint.
Design & build

Put the process
in one place.

Design the control surface, connect the existing systems, and encode the rules, handoffs, and permissions around your team.

You getA working Operations OS for the agreed workflows.
Validation

Prove it
with your people.

Test real cases and exceptions. Run new checks alongside the current process before relying on them.

You getA measured rollout, with clear acceptance criteria and ownership.
Operation & growth

Keep improving
the operation.

Maintain connections and workflows, review bottlenecks, and bring the next process onto the same coordination engine.

You getAn agreed plan for platform access, support, and expansion.
A clear engagement

A scoped build.
An ongoing platform.

Discovery defines the implementation. The proposal sets out the systems, workflows, ownership, and delivery plan.

A recurring agreement covers platform access and agreed support. Integration maintenance, AI usage, and new workflows are scoped clearly.

A few practical questions

Before we start.

Do we have to replace our ERP or CRM?

Commonrail coordinates work across your existing ERP, CRM, and tools. Those systems keep their business records and core responsibilities. Discovery confirms supported connections and actions.

What do you mean by Operations OS?

An operational layer across your existing business systems: shared context, workflow orchestration, AI, permissions, and a central control surface. We implement it around your processes on a reusable platform foundation.

Can it work with older software?

We assess the access each system supports, including APIs, events, database reads, and files. Safe write access is confirmed separately and scoped before the build.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Rules and automation handle defined steps. AI is useful for reading requests, drafting content, or comparing unstructured information.

Can we start with one area?

Yes. Begin with a meaningful process and a clear owner. Further workflows can extend the same foundation.

What happens after launch?

Your agreement defines monitoring, support, updates, handover, and responsibilities. Additional workflows and major changes are scoped explicitly.
